I don't expect any of the 3 to improve. When Jeffries comes back, he's going to force Q to SG and that's going to cut into all 3's time and for good reason. Marbury and Francis have been an abomination and I sincerely hope that we buy one out and trade the other with Frye in a package deal.

Buying out Francis or Marbury now does not help the team at all. I hope we trade one this trade deadline and the other in the summer. Marbury is stinking up the joint. We could get what he is giving the team from a 2 or 3 million pick up of Atkins or stoudimare. Hell Frank could comeback and put up these numbers....... with ess touches too!!!

I think Nate and Collins could be really good together too off the bench.

Trading one is fine in a package with Frye because you will get back some decent talent because of Frye, but trading the other afterwards will do nothing for this team except saddle it with more bad contracts. Buying out the player will get him out of the equation and another team might even pick them up at a reduced rate and take the salary off our books.

Marbury: Way below expectations. He's slowed down a ton.
Francis: Statistically below expectations but at least he's trying (on offense).
Jamal: Right where I expected because I didn't put too much weight on a couple of weeks from last season.

I'm not suprised by it. We have four guys that all do the same thing. Someone was going to be affected by it. We keep seeing talent and can't figure out why we aren't winning or playing well. It's obvious. We need complimentary talent. This is why our ceiling is a .500 record. We need complimentary talent.

JJ will help provide some complimentary talent in the frontcourt. Adding a shotblocking/rebounding PF will almost complete the frontcourt. But the backcourt is still missing defense, pur passing ability and someone to run the offense. Until this changes we will be wondering why things aren't going the way we think they should.

This is why I asked all those questions over the summer which got me accused of being a Net fan. Everyone one of those questions is now being raised by the masses.
I just hope that people will like me

I beleive Francis still has value, Marbury is the sale job. BUt with only two years left next season, I don't believe the contracts coming back are going to be that bad......
