That's an offensive foul.

He drops 27 and 12 and all we hear is insults. You guys would have killed for a post presence on offense. Centers will never be appreciated in this city. No wonder Ewing felt the way he did.

Haters hate. Its their nature. If Curry was on the Raps last night going against us he would have been painted as a great up and coming big
I LOVED how Curry just exploded in the 4th, speaking as a fan of the Raptors, Curry looked well, scary I think is the word. Or Shaq-like Curry: 19.1ppg-7.3rpg-58%fg

You guys are hilarious. You see a few positives and they outweight the negatives no matter how many negatives there are. Curry was a great offensive force last night and it was great to watch him on that end of the court but defensively he still lets up nearly as many points as he scores, he doesn't play help defense and with our guards that is a HUGE deal and he doesn't block shots.

Once he gets a bit better defensively and starts rebounding with more consistency, I will give Eddy all the praise in the world. For now he just gets some praise offensively but there are 2 halves to a basketball game, not just offense. Wah, wah, wah, I know that's going to piss some of you off but too bad. I'm not of the mindset for just settling, Eddy needs to play closer to a full game instead of just an offensive game.

I agree. Curry's defense was atrocious lastnight and it is every night so the points he scores cancel out..its a real shame. If he could just play some defense. He scores and then the other team comes right into the paint for an open dunk layup. If only he could play the way he against Cleveland when he actually contested shots.

I also dont understand why we give up so many open 15ft'ers at the top of the key. Is it marbury/francis not trying or is it because they have to help Curry? Most nba players are efficient within 15ft. What is going on with our defense? Thank god Jeffries will be back soon

For someone that values defense so much, its surprising how much you liked Allan Houston. Its the obvious double standards that are hilarious.

I wasn't in love with Allan Houston, I liked him, thought he was a good player and an even better person and represented this franchise as well as anyone could. There were plenty of nights where I screamed at the TV and moaned about Allan's defense but the Knicks won games when he was around and they won games because the bigs down low picked up Allans slack and played good help defense, like big men are supposed to, which made Allans pour defense easier to accept. This is the problem with Eddy Curry, he is always the last line of defense and he ALWAYS gets scored on by opposing guards, you are not going to win in this league when you have a center who plays ZERO defense and ZERO help-defense. Between the points Curry gives up to his own man and the points that he gives up on help-defense, it cancels out the positive impact he has on the game from the offensive end.

Silver if you weren't so damn sensitive to every negative remark, you would probably see this too. I know you Silver, you're looking for any positive you can because thats the kind of fan you are and right now your big thing is to hold onto what Eddy is bringing us offensively. What Eddy is doing offensively has been great lately, but what he's been doing defensively has been bad and the production offensively has been canceled out because of it.

Ewing not appreciated? In his last couple years here fans lost their minds and wanted him out, so he heard boos... all he's ever known before or after that is love from NY fans.
