Nate Robinson and Mardy Collins to NO for Hilton Armstrong

NO needs bench scoring and they are light in the backcourt. Nate provides a valuable bench player and Mardy can be brought along slow as a 4th guard. With tyson Chandler David west Marc Jackson and Simmons in front of him, HA wont get the time. We could really use a HA even for 10-15 minutes right now. I think he would help us defensively quite a bit.

no way I trade nate, he should be on this team for the next 10-12 yrs.
fishmike 9/27/2024 11:00 PM Ug I hate this. The idea of Towns is great until you see what a pussy he is. Jules is a dog. DD was a flamethrower locked up cheap for 3 more years. First Leon move I hate

The Hornets already have a midget tweener guard in Bobby Jackson.

ill trade small for big every day of the week--we need a 4th big man--we are susceptible at the C spot if injury hits and tonight showed the nEED for a 4-5 with great length and physicality

I'd do that. Love Armstrong's defensive potential and role player mentality.

I'd make that trade. Players like Nate come and go, I'd trade a guy like that for a PF/C who knows how to rebound and block shots any day of the week.

Id like to move Q-Rich back to pure 2 guard

that would give us a 9-10 man rotation of

C-Curry
F-Lee
F Jefferies
G-Q Rich
G-Francis
C-Hilton Armstrong
F-Frye
F Balkman
G-Crawford
g-Marbury

Adding Armstrong and Jefferies--and putting Q back at the pure 2 will make our defense better. I think it doesnt change what we can put up offensively.

Love Nate, but that's something you'd have to do. A shotblocker and banger down low is something this team desperately needs.

The team really needs a shot-blocker and inside presence. I'd do this. Too bad Mardy's not getting a shot to even play right now.

Instead of giving them both nate and mardy I rather do Frye for Armstrong straight up

Frye for Armstrong? Dude has played in a grand total of 5 games while Frye has already has shown that he could be a star in this league.

We need shotblocking, sure, but there is no way I'd do this deal.

If we will trade Nate - Dolan will lost his last $$$$ from the Knicks
So I would say go for it. But Dolan... he will not agree

I saw Frye's game in college all 4 years and it hasn't changed one bit since he entered the NBA. He has not gotten better AT ALL. That is what scares most of us.

I'm not trying to pick a fight with you, since I quoted you in my last 3 posts. You've just said things I disagree with
