Pat Riley's Offense would be perfect for Marbury. He would be the third option on a team that is built around Wade & Shaq.

I'd take J. Williams & Posey for him but we'd probably have to take back A. Walker instead of Posey. For the sake of building chemistry, Marbury needs to go.

Pat Riley is exocentric but not suicidal guy.

You could move JWILL to Atlanta, they are looking for fans in the seats and white choc could probably do that.......

And the other two players could be moved very easily.....

If Riley is desperate enough to add another scorer to the Heat so they don't nose dive, I could see it happening, for Marbury or Francis.....

not quite sure how a team who's head coach expects everyone to play solid team defense & who's primary options on offense involve dumping the ball downlow to Shaq or allowing another G to dominate the ball on the perimeter is a good match for Stephon Marbury's game... he's not a spot up shooter... he needs to have the ball in his hands to dominate & be effective... Miami is definitely not a good fit for a ball dominating PG who can't even fit in on a team where they're trying to feature Eddy Curry down low & where he's being looked to as a distributor more than as a scorer.

personally, i think Marbury would be a much better fit for a team like ATL where they have zero expectations to win anything & where he'll be free to do as he wants in a G dominated system playing alongside a nice running mate in the backcourt like Joe Johnson... he played his college ball there for a year, so maybe a return to GA would be a nice fit for him.

The best place for MArbury is Seattle. He needs to go far away from NY. I think he is a basket case no pun intended. He will never perform to his capabilities for the NYK fans at MSG. That is why Isiah has to wake up and smell his own crap. Because Marbury has mentally packed it in at the Garden. Either only play him on the road or send him to Coney Island and keep him away from the team like he did to Penny. Or flat out buy him out and let him go whereever he wants to. But to keep a player around who has no intention of performing at his home venue should be an automatic pink slip. Isiah do the right thing for your sake and for Marbury's sake send him to another team some how.Keeping Marbury around is nothing but more trouble for a already troubled team.

no good, they're usually a playoff contender at the end of the season... he wouldn't be a good fit.

I think marbury can fit in with the heat. Jwill and walker get extended periods of time to go one on one with wade and shaq there. And Neither of them play better D then Marbury. Marbury could go there and do what he usually does, Play a strong first and third quarter then let Shaq and Wade handle the rest.

Right now I will welcome a trade with Denver for an out for season Kmart for MArbury. Just to move on from the Marbury fiasco.

I'd almost go for it- except for the money- and wait while K Mart heals up.

let's say for argument's sake that KMart's injury causes him to retire, & insurance ends up picking up 80% of the bill, does his contract then come off the books?... if that's the case, i'd be up for that trade!
