I doubt Eddy Curry has ever duplicated such a span of game logs in his career. AB after only a couple seasons shows he can get the job done night-in and night-out. Meanwhile Curry is on the Cusp of being an All-Star after 6 seasons. AB=20yrs of age Eddy=23yrs of age for those keeping score.

eh, GSW is playing up tempo. when you lose 140-130 every night, guys are going to have inflated numbers. he's not that good. I wouldn't trade any of our young bigs for him.

i'll give up Frye for a young kid who can average a double double & block over 2 shots a game in a heartbeat, i don't care where he comes from or who he plays for... i dunno anything at all about this kid, just making the general comment so take that w/a grain of salt... if those #'s are representative at all of how he plays on a regular basis, i'll drive Channing to Oakland right now.

Sometimes I think people don't have a clue, and this only enforces it, you wouldn't trade French Frye a player that hasn't grabbed 10 rebounds the entire year for a player that has already bettered Fryes rebounding/block shot career highes in 8 games, 3 times.

Frye can't create a shot or get garbage buckets something big men are supposed to be able to do.

Nevermind they have scorers prospering and he is getting most of his points around the basket, Ellis, Davis, Dunleavy, Murphy, Pietrus, Richardson are all getting more shots and he is scoring in double figures.

We have a false sense of our bigs here, if your saying lee is off limits fine, but those other two clowns that couldn't guard a park car can leave whenever they are ready

If we hadn't made the Marbury trade who would the Knicks have drafted at 14 (although one might think the team would have had a higher pick) THEN, trying to ignore hindsight.

Sure people might argue Josh Smith, but are you sure? With the pressure to win? That's the problem is that the pressure to win has always been there.

GS is 8-6. Not too mention how they score more than the Knicks and give up fewer points.

I don't think you understand how much Curry sucks. Frye is okay. James sucks. And Cato sucks.

who cares, you then let a few contracts off the books suck for a few years and your in great position.....

you wouldn't have to deal with eddy curry, crawford, marbury or other player bringing the team down, and smith is a stud, much better player than fyre, and a better defensive presence than curry.....

Frye would be getting a lot better stats (if that's what you care about) if he were playing with a PG who knew how to set him up. He works hard for the points he gets now.

He's better than all of our bigs including Lee{although that is debateable]. Why do people kill other teams when they are atleast having success. We sck--remember?

well, I know when I say "young" that's relative, but I was reffering to our young bigs, as I said: Lee, Frye, Jefferies, Curry and maybe throw Balkman in there.

I'm not sure how Cato and James fall into the young category in your mind, but I meant young for an NBA player.

the only one debatable one to me is Curry, who doesn't suck but is a turnover blackhole and a horrible defender. I haven't been too impressed by golden state's play or defense. they started 12-6 last year. maybe they hang around .500 this year, but I doubt it.

Biedrins is a F'N stud. I'm watching him play and he's manning up against Tim Duncan like no other.

GSW are actually a fun team to watch.
