Isiah is making it clear that is his plan.. Pound the ball into Curry.

Is this what you want as a Knick fan?

Personally, I'm willing to try it a little longer.. But im not happy with the results at all. Curry has been flipping the ball at the basket lately not going up strong at all. Shooting to get a shot off not to make the basket. He also has been a complete nightmare on defense one of the worst defenders i have seen since Vin Baker. I mean this guy makes Baker look sober.

Anyways, im really sick of Eddy.. But i guess if i was Isiah.. I would be inclined to give him a little more time - but if we dont run the offense thru Curry. Who would you run it thru?

Frye? Steph? Steve? Jamal?(no way)

Tough call....

our offense should go through curry and frye. they should be options 1 and 1a. otherwise we're not building towards anything down the road. curry should get 20 touches, as should frye. even if we lose by 20+ everynight, the development of those two as go-to players and guys you can run the offense through is what our future depends on.

agreed dj... this team needs to build up their young frontcourt guys... Curry especially needs to be involved early so he remains focused throughout the game... Frye's game is more versatile & he can get his touches later in the flow of the offense, but Curry tends to give more of an effort when he feels more involved.

Curry has soooooooo much to learn... I think the big thing with him is he really needs to be staying after practice, working more than anyone else. I cant stress that enough if I was Isiah i would have him stay after everyone every day come in for extra sessions what ever it took.

Curry has a long way to go but there are good things that happen when we go inside. The other teams get in the penalty fast and the other teams bigs go to the bench. I think we should have a balanaced attack though. Run run run first and foremost but when forced to go halfcourt look to frye and Curry inside if possible

I think you should always start the games by trying to establish something in the post down low. It opens everything else up if it's successful.

It's just crazy cause when Curry was in Chicago and he played against us he would get the ball down low turn around and dunk it! We couldn't stop him.

I'm not sure if our guards can't get him the ball in the right place or what. But keep this in mind. The guy came straight out of high school. It does take bigs longer to develop and I am not making excuses for him! But we have to look at the facts. Shaq(and I am not suggesting he is going to be shaq) spent 4 years getting tutored at LSU and it still took him a few years to develop some moves and become dominant.

Curry was some what starting to come into his own and then the heart problems, the trade, and Larry Brown fiasco.

That being said he better start to pour it on pretty soon. He came to camp in shape, we're starting to feature him so he needs to step it up.

You start off the game running when you can, feature Curry or Frye in the post in the half court(but please do not take 21 sec to feed it into the post) and if their not producing STOP going to them and you have Francis, Nate, or Craw blow by their guys to set up their teammates!

I honestly still dont think he is in good shape at all.

He needs to be practicing more, spending more time with Aguiire and hittin the track after practice or swimming.

It should go through Frye 1 and Curry 1a.

He needs to stop throwing up those weak ass flip shots and dunk on people. This dude is the next Shaq? () Shaq was an automatic dunk withing 2 feet, Thats what Curry needs.

Curry is who he is--a good player against bad teams. He is NOT even close to the level of a tier 1 frontcourt player--BUT he should be able to maintain the 15-16 points 6+ rebounds 53%+

He needs to get in better shape
He needs a real big mans coach
He needs to polish 1-3 low post moves thru hours of practice

All that is true but even with all that he is still one of our best weapons. The key is to get bigs the ball in good position. Dont put bigs in bad position. Lately some of his turnovers were actually really bad passes that he just managed to get a hand on.

You should step up and do it. It would make for some interesting pictures. I have to say my money is on the 6 foot 10 285 pound Curry though. :)

Why? All dj has to do is say "look, a rebound" and Eddy would go and hide.

I dont know. Curry is very friendly and mild mannered but if you get him mad he has no problem going after you. DJ should step up and do it. He could post the pictures in his next recap. Whats the worst than can happen. Curry makes his face look like Jersey Joe Walcots (after that Rocky Marciano punch) and then DJ sues him for millions.

I wonder which knick would be the last man standing in a series of fights. I have a feeling the top four finalist would be, in order:

Lee
Nate
Q
Francis

Edit: plastic man might be in there too, especially if he hasn't smoked a spliff in a few days.

Maybe you should volunteer, DJ? I recommend going with a stack of the photos you have posted here with him eating giant cheeseburgers as well. I think that might actually light a fire under his butt (no pun intended).

C'mon...

take one for the team...

Sorry..

I mean UK Mafia..

ok...

Nate? Come on. I'm not a huge myself so I realize what it feels like when you are below 200 pounds and go up against guys almost 300 pounds. Ive been there. I consider myself tough but the laws of physics do apply. Out of the ones you mentioned Q would be the toghest. Nate and Franis would get thrown around like lightweights vs heavy weights
