francis is showing that he's not a problem and he's playing like a professional. now is the time to dump him for shorter deals. if miami wants him instead of steph, then make a jwill + posey for francis deal. then waive steph b/c i don't think any team wants him outside of minny and they have junk to offer.

then waive JJ and trade Eddy and Jamal for whatever you can get.

Successful Scenario
Due to New York, Memphis, and Miami being over the cap, the 25% trade rule is invoked. New York, Memphis, and Miami had to be no more than 125% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here.
