So my girlfriend and I were having an argument...
which player has the whiter-sounding name? Channing Frye, or Steve Francis? I think that Channing wins in a landslide, but my girlfriend disagrees. Because "Steve is the whitest name ever".

Um....how many Channing's do you know?

My girlfriend knows exactly one Channing, and he was Native American... That was pretty much her entire argument why Steve is a whiter name than Channing.

There are hundreds of thousands of black and latino steves. Stephon is a dirivitive of Steve for Christs sale. Oh but Channing. Chqanning is unique in its awkwardness. I'd say its more weird than white, but Channing Frye sounds like the protagonist of a detive novel or something. It also sounds liek the name of atype of boat or something.
Thats a channing frye.

or maybe adivision in youth sports. theres the small fryes and then there is the channing frye division.
