Curious how people would respond if someone was talking about your own self like that on a public forum where you are not likely to be able to defend yourself.

It's one thing to disagree with or dislike what someone says, it's another thing to tell someone to shut up. Would most tolerate someone here starting a thread targeted at another poster telling them to shut up?

And then the question comes up...would one actually say the same thing to that person's face...

Ahh...the safe haven of the anonymity of posting on Internet forums...
