I don't understand how you can sit Frye on the bench. Jeffries isn't as good as you think he is, and may I ask where is Marbury?

I had trouble not having Frye in the lineup, but I wanted to go with a more defense oriented lineup. Lee in my opinion earns the starting spot over Frye, and Frye would just get into foul trouble if he started at center.

As far as Marbury goes, the team just is never good with him in the game. Unless Marbury truly goes back to being "Starbury" he really has nothing to contribute to this team.

I would prefer Frye starting at C with Curry off the bench until he stays in shape and can do basic things like "jumping" and "positioning for rebounds".

Am I crazy?
Let's try to elevate the level of discourse in this byeetch. Please

Fry is not tough enough or crafty enough to start at center. Neither is Curry, lol...but i still think Curry should start if for nothing else just incase he might play like the Center he should be.

The sarters should be tha players who simple played better in +/- sence and who are the future of the team.
If Fry for instance will not performe just sit him and bring Curry, Cato, or JJ.
Same for Craw - sit him and bring Marbs oc Collins

He has much better shot selection as a PG
And even starting as PG he can slide to SG when Nate and Collinswill be in the game

Curry should still start, because he is still an low post threat that get's double and triple teams on his worst days. I don't understand why Curry never get's aley oops when he sets those screens on the the baseline and rolls to the basket. The season is still very early and I think people are going to there " I told you so" and "Isiah will not last til chirstmas" speeches way too early.

Curry
Lee
Q
Crawford
Marbury

Isnt Lee a little small to be guarding small forward? I wonder how many minutes a night hes going to get when hes picked up his second foul halfway through the first quarter every game.

Also when JJ2 comes back a believe I line up of JJ2, Balkman, lee, Nate and Frye would murder other teams starters......... never mind the 2nd unit.

Marbury and Crawford should start, Q, Frye, and Curry as well. When Jefferies comes back, Isiah can start him at the 3 or 4 spot. If Curry does not start playing like he should, bring him off the bench. Start Frye at the five, or bench him as well, and start James. James will never play big minutes because he is not in shape and never will be. Lee and Nate should continue to play off the bench, they are playing well and Lee gets big minutes anyways, so why not leave him there. Francis can come off the bench with Nate. Isiah will have a tough decision as to what to do with Q when Jefferies comes back. Leave him at the 3 spot, move him to the 2 spot, or bring him off the bench. I say it depends on how Crawford plays if he starts in the next two weeks before Jefferies gets back.

Did you mention James and starting lineup in the same breath? As bad as Curry is at least he can stay on the court for more than 5 minutes at a time without looking as if he is having a panic attack.

yes I did, mention J Big Turd starting. One of the reasons I did is because maybe if Curry came off the bench he would perform better, maybe he can't handle the pressure of being a starter. Frye seems to play good with Lee, good chemistry between them. Turd would still only play limited minutes as a start, he will be in foul trouble quickly against the other teams starters, and be gasping for air.

It is much more balanced. I still like Nate starting instead of Steph, unless Steph gets his head straight and starts acutally playing like he really cares.

Also after actually watching Steph and Steve play together its becoming obvious that they cant work play together. One of the them should go. Ideally I would like to keep Steph, but I dont know if he can ever handle New York, so if I had to keep one guys Id rather keep Stevie, b/c atleast he plays.
