every single game we try to run our offense early but then quickly abandon it and revert back to one on one plays.

That's easy and I know you know the answer

We don't have a real PG on our roster, we don't have a floor general and we don't have someone that knows how to run an NBA offense. We have a few players who are good to great one on one players and they revert to this style because they can't function when they try and run a real offense.

But, I thought it was supposed to be a movement offense and multiple people would bring the ball up the court. I realize that our PG's don't do enough though, but we do have one in Collins, he needs to be given 5 to 7 minutes a game to see what he can do.

That's the answer. NYK4eva hit it on the head. We have noone capable of running an NBa offense. Noone that understands who needs the ball and when. Who understands when to take over the scoring and when to take a step back. We "don't have a head out there". All our players know is how to get their own shots and dish when they are double teamed. But running an offense. We have none. Isiah and Dumars both could run an offense. Shocking he hasn't looked for that here.

They will do well if it will be no opposing team players on the flour.
But they are around for some reason and they always in the way.
They are trying to disrupt the flow and some of them are damm good defenders.
Surprise...
Seriously it is not about how good one-on-one players for street-ball we have but about how bad of the NBA team we are.
So called "Motion offence" is bull sheet which suppose to hide IT limitations as a couch and our guys limitation as a players.
The sad thing is that instead of admitting our limitation and problems as an only way to fix them we are stack in fantasy world.

I'm with you arkrud. Anytime someone points out a flaw we want to silence it. PRetend it doesn't exist. How do you fix your flaws if you are 4-8 and screaming that everything is alright? Fans aren't haters they are asking management to fix the obvious.

Was that a typo, or on purpose?

Either way, I like it!

Jamal Crawford, Francis, MArbury, Nate absolutely no concept of running an offense. Mostly one on one basketball. Just don't see any of these guys running an efficient offense to any coaches desores.

Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.
