Watching last night, I realized that the goal of this team is to get respect. That's it. Not to make the playoffs and do some damage. Not to build, much less compete for a championship... but simply to become relevant and get respect.

That is such a low bar to set for a team of high paid veterans it sickens me. (At this point, Curry and Craw are vets too. More than four years in the league -- you're a vet.)

And given that our goal is to get respect, we have guys like Curry who aren't willing to fight for it and don't even want it bad enough... and we got guys like Marbury who think they're fighters, but at the sign of adversity they pack it up and quit.

Fck this team. Fck Dolan. Fck MSG. They've ruined basketball fandom for new york.

That's what the fans want to. We have fans predicting 38 wins and calling themselves optimists. Why should the players be different? Our standards are lower than they were 6 years ago. We accept losing and are happy when it occurs, as long as noone says anything bad/negative about us.
