In the opening moments, Steve Francis was guarded by Wally Szcerbiak, inspiring a fan to yell to Francis, "He can't cover you." Francis responded, "I know that."

Francis finished with 17, while Szcerbiak had 20.

Kenny made the comment during the game that neither of these guys could cover each other, & obviously that was the case.
After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.

Well it is true that Wally Can't cover Francis, Francis is too quick, and it is true that Francis can't cover Wally he is too big and a good offensive player.

But overall I think Wally is a better player. I would have loved to see him on the Knicks so we could have a real shooter.

Good luck Mike D'Antoni, 'cause you ain't never seen nothing like this before!

Wally is a shorter, quicker KVH, IMO. Wally would be a really nice fit here at SF, but I think we still need a distributing PG and if we are going to have Wally we need a center who can absolutely establish himself in the post (read:Not Frye). It would get very crowded on the perimeter any other way.
