Ballin! Seriously, 11 boards from the SF spot? Where are we gonna fit JJ2 in once he comes back!?

Why does both necsessarily need to be a small foward? Maybe Q starts at SG and we rid ourselfs of one of Francis or Marbury, b/c you know it just isn't gonna work. Too much playing time will be taken away from guys who really deserve it.

Yeah I was thinking about it yesterday, we really have to trade either Francis or Marbury to make this work. If we start JJ and Q the team gets that much better defensively.

I wonder what a package of Francis and Curry can get us. If we could get an impact player that would fit in with Marbury, Q, JJ and Frye or whoever is the other big starting this team could actually be good.

I wonder if Curry and Francis plus somethign else can get us Garnett.
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

Why are we trying to trade Curry????? His 11 points and 5rebs in the 3rd is what broke the game open!!!!!! We do you guys hate curry sooooo much???? Garnett, ok that's a good trade, but Warrick or webber??????
*In my Dr. cox Voice*

NOO-HoHo-OOOO!!!!!!!!

Curry at his worst is an 15point and 7rebound seven footer........... that is pretty damn good compared to what teams not named houston or Miami run out there day in and day out. Stop hating!!!

Trade francis, maybe we can convince the clippers to take him.

I think Isiah trading either Francis or Marbury is a serious possibility now because of the way that Q has played and with Jeffries coming back. Q playing well is the best thing that Knick fans could have asked for.

Yeah, he's been jacking up more 3s lately though and needs to not dig himself in that habit, but his hustle and overall play is still outstanding.

After 10 or so games, Q has surprised me. I would love to be wrong about him. He was horrible last year.
We could be the Dallas Mavs of the East.

Q's shot hasn't been falling but he does compensate by doing other stuff. An undersized 3 (though he's built like a tank, yeah) with 11 boards and he played good defense on Pierce in the first half.

I don't think Pierce goes off for 40 or whatever he had if Q wasn't in foul trouble.

Q must start at the 2 & JJ will probably start at the 3, because Balkman's been playing too well to be relegated to a 10th or 11th man role off the bench at this point.

On the other hand, Nate's been playing MUCH too well to be pushed back in the pecking order also, so making Francis or Marbury the backup PG isn't a solution either, & Jamal has the backup SG spot sewn up for now.

the only possible solution is to buy out either Marbury or Francis, unless you can unload 1 of them onto some team without taking on a longer term contract in return (which is pretty much impossible at this point)... i'm guessing a buyout of Francis is a very likely outcome this season, unless the Knicks plan to do him like the Bulls did Fugazy & send him home until further notice... i think Isiah seems to like Francis too much to do that to him though.
