(a) just because people say that line, doesn't make it true.
(b) if you were being critical of Brown, you'd get about 8 people telling you to move on.

Because the start of the game is important, unless you think starting a game terribly is of no consequence, which I believe you have said is bad in reference to the Knicks poor starts so far this season.

The starting role is recognition of performance and effort.
If couch is not giving the starting job to players who are playing better and with consistent effort he is not only rubbing the team and putting it in the hole but also losing the credibility from players, fans, bbal community.
Not having consistent starting lineup is unfortunate.
Start the players who not perform and hustle at the expense of players who perform and care is criminal

if we are winning games, there is no reason to switch the starters...while I love the energy of the Grit Mob, I am concerned with their ability to start moreso than a seasoned marbury.

starting is different than coming in and filling an energy void.

the team will be rubbed more the wrong way imho if we don't go with a Jeffries/Qrich starting lineup than if we don't start Nate, Lee or crawford.

They don't matter. Heck, you could have 82 different starting lineups. It's not like these guys need to bond and learn to play as a unit or anything.

Everything is important. We were starting the games terribly, and in the end we lost some games because of that, so it does matter who starts. I prefer to find a stable line-up and go with it and also find a clutch line up for tied games.
