He's right but nothing new.

I don't agree with that 15 game standard though. Settling for mediocrity is NOT a success.

i think he was just referring to Dolan's mandate for Isiah to show significant improvement, so for Isiah, an additional 15 wins would probably equate to success from that standpoint... Steven A wants a championship & he's holding Marbury accountable to be a leader... that's why he's so hard on him... Marbury has all the talent to be a great leader, but none of the desire or demeanor.
