He's my pick in next years draft-assuming we wont be in position to snag Lebron James. 6-10 1/2 225 pd 1-2-3 hybrid that plays very mature for a freshmen. You can watch home tomorrow at the garden or on msg he plays for georgia tech.

as a cavaet-im also in the camp of trading thomas-while he is a very good player-he could play an integral part in rebuilding part of the franchise. Im more interested in potnetially trading him to a team who has a high pick 5-8 the same way the Raptors aquired Antonio davis a guy who is the same size as KT but doesnt put up the same ##s KT is very underrated and I think some of these teams who have to many lottery picks are ralizing that to much youth is a bad thing.

This is the best case scenario IMHO IF we dont win Lebron.

The only player Id be interested in trading for with the pick is Pau Gasol. I know Memphis doesnt have a first rounder and we could package both a high pick a 2nd rounder and KT for Gasol.

If that doesnt work Im looking to trade kT to get into position for a second high pick. If that means give up KT a 2nd rounder and a future restricted 1 IF the player is there so be it.

Im looking big with EVERY pick

If I could walk out with
Chris Bosh 6-10 1'2 220
Emeka Okafor 6-10 255 high in the draft and use my lower picks to move up a bit and snag a guy who is flying under the radar as far as high schoolers go Charlie Villinaveanu. He is also around 6-10 and I would compare him to the Al Harrington rashard lewis late first early second round pick.
Charlie is also 6-10 220 my goal is to rebuild the front line with players who can contribute NOW and become a core together for years to come. If we happened to have a frontline across the board of 6-10 guys who are all exceptional rebounders quick and skilled I wouldnt concern myself with the 7 footer.

Its a combination of hedging for tomorrow while still staying in the hunt today.

Im also going to offer rasho nesterovich the full 6 mid level year exemption. If I get him great we are fully reloaded.

If we come into next season with
Chris Bosh 6-10 1/2
Rasho 7-0 250
Emeka 6-10 255
Charlie 6-10 220
Milos vujonic 6-3

and out goes
ward
postell
knight
doleac
nailon
and hopefuly spoon

Here is your 2003 lineup
C-Rasho 7-0 245 27 years old
PF-Mcdyess -6-9 245 28 years old
SF Bosh 6-10 220 20 years old
SG Houston 6-6 210 32 years old
PG Eisley 6-2 180 31 years old
6th man sprewell 6-5 190 33 years old
Emeka 6-10 252 21 years old
Andersen 6-6 200 30 years old
milos 6-3 175 23 years old
charlie V 19 years old 6-10

this team is much more balanced with a nice combination of vets and youth size in the starting rotation and off the bench--and we hedge dramatically towards the future as well. Instead of scrwing up like Chicago we build our core and KEEP it together and let them grow together. The price of KT[selling him high for a player who is 10-11 years younger with more size is well worth it.

no one will EVER give up a top 8-10 pick for KT. his value just isn't that high, unfortunately...

Charlie already committed to Illinois and my friend plays AAU with him and "kind of" knows him, and word is is that he'll play NCAA for at least 1 year. I agree though, you're looking at a Lewis/Odom type player, 6'10" SF who can hit threes and handle.
