I used to get angry when they lost.. Now Im used to it, I only watch for the entertainment of watching Basketball and more preferably watching garden bball. I really wanna see the Knicks win, but this yr its obvious they aint. So its either watch for entertainment or dont watch at all, because anything else will be a big dissapointment.

I was feeling sick after leaving the arena on Saturday. It's not really just the losing, its the way they play the game. Maybe try to play defense once in a while?

Still have some unbreakable loyalty though...

Where exactly did you think this team would be? 4-0? At best 2-2. They are in for a 5-12 November at best. They will recover from that. They will be done with 1 WC trip by then.

All is not lost. After the first 25 games, the roster will set itelf and then Jefferies will come in to help the D. last night was a good thing.

As a "hater" I was prepared for this so it doesn't bother me as much. When they win, it's like finding 20 dollars in an old pants pocket thoguh.

i actually had fun watching the game last night... was good to see some Knicks who actually played like they cared... didn't expect this team to win many games this year anyway... it's not fun to watch them lose, but when i see them make it exciting like they did last night, i can accept failure... the losses that hurt more for me are when i see them play like they don't want to be there, the way they were doing for most of the night until Isiah played his bench guys.

I was last season. Now I'm used to it and just happy to see progress from a handfull of players
I LOVED how Curry just exploded in the 4th, speaking as a fan of the Raptors, Curry looked well, scary I think is the word. Or Shaq-like Curry: 19.1ppg-7.3rpg-58%fg

In the first half I wanted to stab myself. Not because of the way they were playing, but because I was watching the game and deserved to be punished. But when Isiah brought in the second unit it was good to see some players who actually understood that there are two sides in basketball, offense and defense. That it doesn't matter how many points you score if you give up points easier on the other end. And who haven't been shaped by years of coddling into thinking they are great even when they don't win. IT was nice to see some players try without using the coach as an excuse not to play. It was a loss, but at least for 1 1/2 quarters it was nice.

I have shunned myself from putting any emotion into the team. I'm a die hard Knicks fan but watch from an outsiders point of view. Like last night, I talked with my friend... He said "Knicks Vs. Spurs tonight, huh?" and I said, "Yeah, they're gonna get blown out." Seven years ago I would have been like "Yeah, let's go Knicks!" but why root for a 120M overpaid team that has no heart? When they show me heart, that's when I'll put my heart back into them...

Patrick as well all know was great. But it seems that he got a lot of crap when he got the ball in the low post. Reminds me to groans that Marbury gets when he gets the ball or takes a bad shot. In retrospect, Ewing was a god, but at the time, he wasn't like by many Knick fans...I remember the moans from the Garden whenever he got the ball.

I must not be a very good fan. I don't get upset anymore. I think if the Knicks are ever gonna be good again, we might have to wait a long time for it to happen.

Some of us may lose interest before then.

I think I read a study once that sports fans' testosterone levels fall when their teams lose. That may explain the depression.
