Trailing 92-91 with 4:00 left, Marbury, who had made three straight rainbows in scoring nine points during the 20-2 run, could have put the Knicks in front for the first time since the second quarter in Atlanta last Friday. But he short-rimmed a 3-pointer and the Knicks were on their way to a "moral victory" not the actual victory they truly needed. I appreciate Zeke's "honesty" (so as it seems), but I absolutely detest what he's being honest about. Our November is hard, we get it, but you do not go to the press and give another pre-installed excuse for us possibly being a half-dozen or more games in the hole comes 12/1. I'm going to contradict myself now but I know Zeke lies to the media a lot. I'm sure this is not how he really feels and I'm hoping he not running this BS to the players. But in the press, he is just constantly coddling and pacifying bad behavior. No accountability is being shown nor does it truly seem like anyone is willing to accept any. I'm not saying he should be LB but don't insult my or my fellow Knicks fans' intelligence here. My tolerance level is sinking and sinking by the day. I really want to believe in my squad but it gets more and more difficult after things like this. "Yeah, we probably are gonna suck this month." I don't want to hear that from the head coach. -- the preceding post was brought to you by the letter K and the number 22.
