heard this on 1050 just a little while ago... Isiah talking to Brandon Tierney about Channing Frye's performance & inconsistency this season:

Isiah acknowledges that Curry's emergence in the offence has contributed to Frye's struggles in finding his niche in this offense... he says Channing's strength lies in his low post scoring ability & the team does not want him to become a 20 foot perimeter shooter.

why wouldn't he have Channing come off the bench & start David Lee then if this is his line of thinking? i just don't get that one.

because he's a moron and because he over-hyped Frye and last year's rookie class so much. Benching Frye makes him look even more moronic

Why would that matter? Lee's was his other' pick and he could just as easily start and Frye can just as easily come off the bench. It's not like it's a rook being put in over a vet.

well it was LB that stopped playing Lee in the starting lineup after they'd won 6 straight, so it can't be that either... just seems odd to me that he'd realize this about Channing & yet keep on starting him next to Curry... but i guess just par for the course w/all the other nonsensical moves being made the past several years.

If this type of line-up thing keeps going on and there's no improvements made' then I think the questions, like yours above, should start pouring in, after about another several games. Unless of course, any of you are so impatient that you'll want to sell the team tomarrow moring.
