I asbolutely love New Orleans....that's a team with a lot of promise and upswing. The real sad thing about it is that they are a team that has been in transition, have basically revamped their entire roster and are in a much better position then we are or will be as long as we have these stupid owers. When is Dolan going to learn, you have to build your team from the draft - high lottery picks. Look at all of the succesful teams, they've all done that. Miami- Dawayne Wade (high lottery pick), Chris Paul N.O., Bulls, the list gost on and on. Why, year after year do the Knicks try to build a good team (in the last few years I don't even think they've even thought about a championship) by trading for veterans? I mean how long is it going to take for them to get it. It's not going to happen. Build through the draft, get a high lottery pick, do okay for a few years until your stud flourishes and THEN bring in some vet's to compliment the stud. How difficult is that?? Obviously to difficult for the KNICKS! I'm so sick of seeing other teams come up after having losing seasons (for years) and the Knicks still being in the same position year after year. It's getting a little overwhelming. They are going to start to loose fans...and I may be one of them. And believe me, I don't say that lightly.
I've been a Knick fan for over 20 years!
NY KNICKS 4 EVER! Will we ever find players like Anthony Mason, Xavier McDaniels, Patrick Ewing again? I hope so.
