I was definately one of the guys saying frye was better. I'm all about what you doing lately, frye is not the same player. He down played his performance. He has been saying stuff opposite from what he said last year. His play has been puss so far.

I'm already down to trade him. Just like I would have Q last year. Right now Q is playing like he did when I used to love him with the clippers. I think he just fits better with the way the knicks play now. Maybe that explains why frye has been so ineffective.

Right now I would trade anybody that can get dirty down low and help curry. If curry had a guy with him that can command some attention down there things would be better. Frye can be that but right now he isn't. I'm not ready to start flaming him but I got the lighter fluid ready.

No doubt, Frye is playing like sheeot right now, and he wasn't playing so super the past couple of months last season, but if you're gonna keep him, just drill it in his head that he needs to be posting up more. You just gotto hope that the defense and rebounding will come along.

Frye has been CRAP under IT. Is it the injury, or has RJ gotten into FRYE's head? Or did LB just know how to use FRYE better?

Prolly just a combo of Frye not playing up to his standards (Not posting up) and Isiah not utilizing him. Either way, it can't continue.

I don't know about that man. You don't seem to believe in anyone on this team. Trade them 'johnny on the spot' if they're doing not so good and keep them if they're playing well. If we were talking about someone like starbury, who has for years proven himself wrong, then okay. But this up one moment stuff and down the next moment doesn't fly. As long as you know for a fact what a guys potential is, then you should believe in that and stick wtih that. First it was Q's personal life no one seemed to understand last year and then Frye's injury that no one seems to understand again. Either stick with our players or don't stick with them at all, win or lose. I get pretty fed up with this up and down crap.
I'll never trust this' team again.

Replace Bynum with Curry. Curry out of HS vs. Frye. You could say, Curry is way better potential, he'll be the next shaq. I don't have to say could, because people did say that.

Now, curry in year's 1 & 2 looked good- he certainly showed things.

Year 5 and its make or break for him.

I'm not saying I wouldn't take Bynum over Frye- things would have been very different for us.

But, its still early.

Bynum was a little hard to pass up. When that guy 'matures' he's going to do some dominating!

He's hesitating even when he's open. And all of a sudden he looks like a bad athlete out there. I still tend to wonder if his injury is bothering him.

Let's give the guy a little more time to find his game.

I assume your talking about Frye. You just might be right about that. Something like that, a dislocated knee, I think it was, can have a psychological affect on a person. I would tend to think it's not completely healed yet and he might be afraid to injure it again. That would be bad news for his career, which case, I think the Knicks brass should look into it and make sure. Last year he was confident and fluent and now he's second guessing himself.

He was hesitating on many many shots before he got injured last year and don't tell me it was b/c of LB. LB said to the media on many occasions that he needs to stop that.

not only hesitating but shooting a bit off balance. i don't know if it's injury related, but not shooting in his normal form. there was only one shot in the last game that looked like him to me. that shot i said to myself "thats going in" and he poped it beautifully. every other shot i've seen him take...not so much.

I'm being nice when I say this, but 'for crying out loud, he was a rookie'! Now he's a second year man, coming off a major injury and is trying to get his confidence back.

I'm starting to believ it's the knee. It's either bothering him or it's in his head.

you guys are ridiculous. y'all want to rebuild, this guy has a great rookie year, puts on a sh!t load of pounds and struggls with his game for a preseason and a handful of games.

I would rather have Frye than Bogut. You know why? Cuz Frye is on my team and I'm sure he'd want to hear that.

When he start hitting his shot midyear and starts to become the player he's meant to be, you'll all be riding his cack.
