Briggs, don't bring up Marcus Williams or I break a chair in my house. The guy already has better passing ability than Marbury.

I also think Francis is trying to fit in so I would give him some slack. He also is averaging more assist than anyone else on the team.

The bright spot is we have 2 positions with above average players in Q and Curry. Now we just have to fill the other 3. :)

I think Lee is fine at pf not great but fine. The main problem is our guards are just hopeless on defense.
I LOVED how Curry just exploded in the 4th, speaking as a fan of the Raptors, Curry looked well, scary I think is the word. Or Shaq-like Curry: 19.1ppg-7.3rpg-58%fg

Seriously, Marbury and Craw have stunk it up - semi-expected. But FRYE getting his arse handed to him nightly against scrubs? INEXCUSABLE.

It's a nice start but it's a bit early to post per game season stats!

I agree wsdm, but him being consistently very good and him, Nate and Lee being the only consistent hard workers means a lot. We need more guys like them.

Q, curry, nate, lee, balman are all untouchable, francis may be a keeper, who knows. Frye may be good trade bait...... I can roll with that...

q's the best player on the team now and our only two way player.

if q had his head on straigt, didn't have the drama, and was in shape last year, we would've won alot more games under lb.

plus, any player that can beat the crap out of steph at any given second deserves to stay and be named captain.

Now this is the Q I remember on the Clippers and the one that use to make me watch Depaul basketball.

And many people wanted him thrown off the team last year, because his brother was killed and it affected his play. Nice going Knick fans.

A unit of Francis, Q, Jefferies, Lee, Curry with Nate, Crawford, and Frye off the bench is what I want to see.

I was one of the few that supported him. We definitely have a short leash in NY, but you can see how you can't give up early on those who play hard and with passion on ALL ends of the court.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

i wanted Q on this team since he was an LA Clipper, & i think i've been in Q's corner since the day he became a Knick... he's 1 of the few guys on this team that we should hold onto... if he's playing this way, the salary they're paying him is very reasonable... why would u possibly want to look to dump this guy for a human waste like Darius Miles??? *PUKE*

Q at the is the best case scenario for us. I still like Frye but if we can use him to package Blubbury then I am all for it.

I'd rather waive Marbury than Lose Frye just to get rid of him.

it would totally depend on what we'd be getting back... obviously there won't be any teams willing to give up anything good in exchange for Marbury at this point... probably the best you could hope for at this point would be someone like Zach Randolph w/an equally heinous contract & baggage of his own, or a collection of garbage from MIN... i think we have to accept the fact that Marbury will never be traded or bought out as long as Isiah is the Knicks' GM.

that said, if MIN would be willing to give up Ricky Davis & a couple of garbage contracts in exchange for Marbs, i do it in a heartbeat... but Isiah won't.

I'd take Ricky Davis or Zach Randolph over Marbury but NOT if it meant giving up Frye. Frye's struggling but he's a good player with a good attitude.
