Anyone notice how thick he is? I wonder if he overdid it a bit in the weight room? I know he can get up there but he doesnt look as explosive as last year to the hoop. He has the toughness and size to get the R and make some plays, but I do think he needs to take off 10-15.

No he doesn't look like he put in 30 pounds at all. He looks stronger sure. I think he still gets off the ground damn quick and a few nice explosive athletic dunks.

Unless Lee is on steroids, in my opinion, its highly unlikely he put on more than 7 lbs of muscle over the last 6 months. 7lbs of muscle is not a trivial amount - that means you are MUCH stronger. Thats if he worked out and ate right with supplements every single day. The rest is fat.

Sh-t in the popcorn to go with sh-t on the court. Its a theme show like Medieval times.

I could see around 10-15 pounds but watching the game I didnt think he looked as toned as last year. That said I think he played as well as he ever has and I'd like him to start
I LOVED how Curry just exploded in the 4th, speaking as a fan of the Raptors, Curry looked well, scary I think is the word. Or Shaq-like Curry: 19.1ppg-7.3rpg-58%fg

A pro athlete with access to the best trainers, the best equipment, etcetc can definelty gain more then 7 lbs in 6 months. I quit boxing (because i sucked) weighing 175 about a year ago, started weight lifting, and now i weigh 215. And yeah im a little softer, but im sure thats mostly muscle. So my point is, if i can gain more than that with a diet of beer and protein powder then im sure a pro can do a lot better.

So if he gained 10 lbs in 3 months over the offseason I wouldnt chalk it up to steroids.

But this is good, I hope he keeps getting bigger, another ten pounds and he could be an absolute beast in the post.

10 pounds over the course of a year and a half, especially at his age is not that uncommon. Look at Duncan, Ewing, Shaq, etc and see how they gained weight from when they were younger. It's normal. The dude looks fine to me and his play has been fantastic.
