I know its just one game but he will not be a big time player. I saw him play a bunch of times during his rookie year. He's very awkward offensively. He can jump like no other, block shots & rebound like a poor man's AK47. I was going to say Marion but offensively its not even close. I wouldn't even trade Frye for him.

thats why your not a talent scout, he is already one of the best shotblockers in the league and is 21 years old, he is shooting it better, runs the floor well and is tall and long.

Frye can't guard anyone, and won't be the shotblocker and rebounder this kid is, and frye is so limited its scary, his game is jumpshooting, smith can intimidate anytime he is around the rim.

He is going to be a star in a few years, Gerald Wallace didn't look that good when he was with the Kings now he is one of the best players at his position.

How good do you think he'll be? Kirenko, Marion, Carter good or Tayshaun Prince with more spring?

Prince with more spring sounds about right... he is a good passer too.. and hes developing a shot.. Tough to say... Marion is not out of the question he is so young

Josh Smith is already great on the defensive side of the ball and his shot will come, he's a very young player. If he develops a jumpshot he will be unstoppable, he's only 21.

Guns you should run the knicks they would be much better off

Tay Prince
23 years old
32.9 min 10.3pts 4.7rbs 2.3ass .8blks

Kirenlenko
Age 21
27.7 minutes 10.7pts 4.9rbs 1.1ass 2.2blks

Marion
Age 21
24.7 minutes a game 10.2pts 6.6rbs 1.4ass 1blk

Smith
Age 20
31.8 minutes 11.3pts 6.6rbs 2.4ass 2.6blks

Well he put up better numbers in every category then three of the best players at their position in the league, why would you even entertain trading for the guy?

If your Isiah you want a defensively challenged PF that shots jumpers, in a heartbeat I would do that deal, Josh Smith is a star without question, imagine this kid at 24 with a jumper

19pts 11rbs 4ass 2.5blks is what the kid well be averaging and he will be a great defender

well if billy knight wasn't such terrible GM like most of these fools he would be on a winning team doing the same thing, your post makes no sense at all.

rebounds, blks, steals don't matter if your on a winning team or not its about hustle. you can score empty points, but hustle plays matter no matter what team are you on.

Elton Brand was a "loser" for years do you think it was his fault?

you think so? he blocks a ton of shots but he gets pushed around but he should be fine at SF and he is still only 21. I just dont see him being as good as Kirilenko/Marion so its not worth trading Frye for him when we already have Jeffries/Balkman.

You can never have enough defenders

6'10 should be able to play center some time, he is more agile than Frye and runs better, put he is not a good rebounder

Balkman is a backup sf, you can shift jeff, you can never have enough defenders, i think he is going to be as good as AK47 without a doubt. you can play him everywhere

He's like a raw version of Kirielenko right now...
