martin, when you say "with minutes," do you mean a full 48? because he sure wasn't cutting it with 20 per as ward's backup...
How about the opposite? Start Eisley and bring in Ward for 10-15 a game. Ward may be the better player (and I can't believe that I just used the combination of words 'Ward' and 'better player'), but that may be the better type of combination between the two players. Or maybe Eisley just needed to get minutes with the starters. Also, Ward seems to be a better spark player than Eisley is - and that what you need off the bench.
I don't know if Eisley just needed to shake off the rust from last year, but he just seems more effective over the past 5 games or so.
