After watching those guys play I wouldnt be surprised if they all get cut. I dont see any of them helping this team. I would try and sign some center that is cheap, that can block shots and have been in the league and had some success. Just take a flier on someone. Is anyone out there like a ratliff, cato, or someone please help

King, I talked about Cato within the last 2 weeks, and posted a list of some of the guys available. I would definately do him, maybe take a chance on Leon Smith.

Personally, I think we should put Jalen on the IR and have 2 roster spots and grab a guy like Cato and Jay WIlliams who may give us something at the PG spot we don't already have. Namely, a PG.

Interesting King. Do you think there is any chance that Isiah could go out and sign Pittsnoggle, who was waived by the Celtics a few days ago? He would be a perfect player in this system Isiah is trying to implement.

I see from some recent threads you are a Pitsnoggle booster! I like him too, but I have to wonder why a guy who was tearing people up all season did not get drafted, then got cut?

I know you have likened him to Brad Miller, but I don't think they are that similar. Miller is an excellent good mid-range shooter, but he is also a good rebounder and generally a very good all-around player. Pittsnogle is a dead-eye long range shooter, but I don't see the other parts of his game translating at the NBA level, at least at this point.

Having said that, I think he is probably better than Paul Miller (Or whatever his name is.) or Skita, though I keep hoping Skita will wake up one day and show why he got picked in the high-lottery.

Yeah, I'm kinda curious about that myself Oohah, NBA teams can ALWAYS use a outside shooting big man, so I'm kinda baffled. While your right, Pittsnoggle is not as good a rebounder as Brad Miller is, rebounding is something that Miller also wasn't great at when he entered the NBA. Pittsnoggle isn't a great rebounder but he doe not pushed around down low, which is a good thing because if he got the proper coaching, he should defintely be able to improve his rebounding, the same way Brad Miller did. Another great thing about Pittsnoggle is that he's an excellent passing big man, which would be great when you play him in the Post Extended, which I think is right where he'd play on the Knicks.

For some reason I have a good feeling about Skita on the Knicks, I don't know why, but I just feel like he could break out. Who knows, maybe its optimism. SEE I CAN BE OPTIMISTIC TOO!

Edit: Looks like it doesn't matter what we think about Pittsnoggle or Skita since CATO was signed.
