ok ok...you are beating me down...if the board goes with the magic (which makes no sense if this is an ultimateKnick board) I will concede.

but so far...it's tied.

also, you left off lee,nate and balkman.

or is this just starting players? if it's starters...it's a no brainer.

It's not even a contest, to be honest. That Magic lineup has everything. The Knicks have more depth, but they get killed at the beginning of games b/c the defense of the starting lineup is so abyssmal. Jefferies can't guard all 5 guys at once. I agree with Briggs. Magic are the sleeper team.

One of the reasons the Knicks quit last year was b/c we got killed at the beginning of games. Getting off to a good start is just as important as finishing strong. It's been proven time and time again.

Yes this is a Knicks board and I want my Knicks to be better. If I could swap rosters and let the Magic players wear Knick jerseys I'd do in a second. I'm sick of the divas on this roster, I'm sick of the high payroll, I'm sick of the attitude, I'm sick of everything to do with the Knick roster aside from David Lee, Channing Frye and Jamal Crawford.

Turkoglu and Grant Hill when healthy start at SF for them.

The biggest difference to me is that Dwight Howard is a monster inside and Curry (although I'm optimistic for this season) to this point has been average at best.

I dunno...if the vote comes out, then it's the truth...but head to head, the numbers tilt towards curry (even in last years debacle)

Ohh, my bad, Grant Hill. With him starting and Hedo and Ariza coming off the bench, that's pretty sweet. I am not a Magic fan. I just wish I could have their roster.

Ok, I found it...against the Magic, Curry is 23.5 and 7.8 boards. Howard was 17/10.

But he is effing awesome...so I'm going to have to go Frye over milicic. (though milicic was drafted higher).

Interesting...but the knicks take it on paper (and isn't that what we are talking about?)

OK...I'm done cheeleading...when the votes come in, I'm pretty sure it'll be some crazy lopsided Magic vote...

I'm pretty sure that if Curry is on the same pace as last year, along with Howard, Curry wont be playing much more "Tough D" on Dwight. He'll dominate Eddie. BTW, I am not even hoping this. I'm just fed up with what's happened to my Knicks. Prove me wrong Eddie and I'll be saying the good stuff till the cows come home.

so, with the exception of seanc it's hater land all the way...so, the 7 to 1 score is to be expected.

so far, the magic are better than the knicks on the ultimateKnicks.com board.

espn has it magic 19, knicks 25 (power rankings), magic dropped from 9 to 19 and knicks moved up from 29 to 25.

This poll, I guess, they meet in the middle?

rvhoss, read my post above, and you'll see that I said that the Knicks are deeper. However, I also said that b/c our defense is so bad that the Magic could potentially blow our starters out, making it unfairly impossible for the bench to overcome. I didn't say it will happen. It just has that potential. I think the Magic starting lineup is flatout superior to ours. Frye does not get the nod over Milicic at this point. Not with the shotblocking pottential Darko showed last season.
