The Truth
When the starters came back the defecit was only 10-13pts. That's not insurmountable by any stretch of the imagination. Just to make this official let's look at the play-by-play since no one believes what I saw.

1rst scrub Milone Clark enters the game for Jamal Crawford at the 4:24min mark and the Knicks were down 15-19. First Excuse shot down because Knicks were already at a defecit with starters minus Jalen add Crawford.
2nd and 3rd scrub Elton Brown and Mardy Collins enter the game for Steph and Fat Albert at the 2:58min mark and looky looky the score is now 19-21 so Milone Clark wasn't responsible for anything negative.
4rth scrub enters the game for Channing Frye at the 1:18min the score is now 21-26 no different really than the earlier defecit of 15-19, so he wasn't necessarily responsible for any defecit at this point.
The end of the 1rst qrt the score was 21- 31.

Mardy Collins leaves the game Nate Robinson comes in for him at the 11:23min mark but the score is now 23-31. Also 2 other scrubs must be off the floor because David Lee and Balkman started the 2nd qrt. So at this point 1 scrub is on the floor.
Jamal finally comes back into the game for Paul Miller at the 8:11min mark and the score is now 27-39. So the squad that gave up the lead was David Lee, Balkman, Nate, Q, and Paul Miller. Still it's only a 12pt defecit with 8min left in the 2nd qrt, no need to crumble like a cupcake at this point.
Curry comes in at the game for David Lee and Steph come back in the game for Balkman at the 7:03min mark the score is now 27-41. So on the floor is Steph, Curry, Q, Nate, and Crawford
Channing come in for Nate at the 6:05 mark and the score is 29-42 a 13pt defecit once again no need to panic the game isn't over. Lineup is Steph, Curry, Crawford, Q, and Frye.
No futher subs and as we can see the score balloned to 34-61 by the half. The scrubs did not have any factor on this game whatsoever. I won't bother linking the other qrts because I closed this case like Matlock.
