It doesn't look good folks. I watched the game tonight and Steph looks disinterested and Steve looks like he's still put out and not comfortable. Zeke was consoling Steph on the bench tonight after he took him out of the game early 3rd qrt. I don't know how long these two stooges will hold up along with Jalen being treated as an outcast.

I wouldn't make too much out of it. It's just preseason.

The first 10-20 games of the regular season will determine a lot about this team.

disagree on steph. cameras actually showed him smiling on the floor during the game. i think he likes what he's got to work with this season.

francis and jalen should go. steph and jamal could make better use of steve's minutes. balkman Q and jeffries get jalen's.

I didn't catch the body language but the way the "kids" consistently outplay our veterans is as evident as it was last year.

I'll be curious to see how Isiah deals with it.

Looks like IT is building new Bad Boys in NY.
No stars with numbers. All players on the team should hastle, share the ball, push the tempo, and do all this little things.
Where Steve and Marbs are fitting in this system?
I am not talking about JRose... He looks like a joke out there. Let him go.

ER...
I saw Marbs, smiling and encouraging his team. When he was on the bench it seemed that Isiah and Marbs were talking shop in a positive way. I saw Steve jumping out of his seat rooting his team on.

The only person I saw with a bad attitude was Jalen. During one big play (i dont remember which) the entire bench exploded, jumping and clapping. Jalen sat there with his towel on his knees, giving the obligitory slow clap. We got to find a home for this guy.

But as far as negaitive body language, I didnt see anything of the sort from Marbs or Fran

I agree and what about Rajon Rondo slicing through the team like butter. Knicks so far in the Summer League Post-Season have had more guns in their bullets from jump ball and that has proven to be the difference. How does a Celtic team missing 3 of their top rotation players crack over 100pts? The Knick starters all 3 games first qrt have given up an average of 33pts. Channing has fouled out the last 2 games why?. The starters aren't playing any D as I said would happen and this will carry over to the rest of the team as the season wears along with Zeke's supposed uptempo system. The games are clearly being won by the bench. Oh and the team recently rose their 3pt % by 1% and it's now at a stealthy 18%. The beuatiful thing out of all of this is that they sit a top the division along with the Toronto Raptors at 3-0 so far this pre-season, therefore these 2 teams are locks for the post-season.

Zeke needs to change the starting line-up in a major way.

no they aren't. just experiencing a little let down from last season probably.

Francis needs to go. Jalen needs to go. Then we have a team.

Think we can get Ariza and an expiring contract for Francis? me neither.

What we can finally say now guys is who can we make this team better! Right now I think the Knicks are gonna be good but the Knicks still have room to improve and we will probably have a true idea by the time Jared gets back.

Awesome, man......it feels so freakin good. The funny **** is I think all the answers are on the roster. Knicks don't need to make any trades yet. They look good. Damn good. Can't wait till these knicks can shut up ESPN for good!

Body language??? What are you doing, making stuff up? Marbury didn't have a 'Great' nite, but he was definitely in the game, smiling, giving and taking advice and instruction. Also, the young guys always show more enthusiasm whether it be preseason or the regular season. That's why we always love the young guys. Anyway, don't make stuff up. The team looks good and are playing in a totally new offensive concept. It appears that everybody (that includes Steph and Stevie) is buying into what IT wants them to do and you have tangible results. We know that preseaon doesn't count, but if the record was 0-3 instead of 3-0 almost everyone here would be beefing IT should go..except for me of course. The team looks good...let's hope this carries into the regular season.

I don't think IT is going to have a problem with Steph, and even Francis should be okay as long as he is starting. Jalen is going to be a problem, but we need to keep him. You can't just cut every player that does not like their role on the team. We may need Jalen if someone else gets hurt, and he is potential trade bait if a GOOD trade comes along.

hmmmm...It seems to me that you're just reaching for something to trash......first the "body Language" (and since no one took the bait) now the awful defense.

just stfu and be happy that they won. Hopefully this will all carry over when the season starts.

SB and BS sitting in a tree...I know, I know, I used that already, but this thread is the example of examples.

It's like they are the british bulldogs tag teaming hater ade posts.

It's funniest when SB posts a lie, then BS posts on top of the lie to redirect the board.

Interesting...but fellas, rondo had a great game, but their team lost.

Szerbiak was abusing our kids, but his team lost.

They were missing paul pierce, we were missing JJ2.

Come on guys...wait until a loss to make up stuff.

Guys this is PRE-SEASSON.
Its all about how our players are looking in front of each other and who will have primary role in real games.
Its nothing to do with how we are looking against Nets, Sixsers and Boston teams without their best players and in preparation\training mode. Who cares?
IT was precisely correct when he sad in the interview that our team needs to improve in every aspect of the game after 23 wins season. We are bad on defens, in free throws, in 3s, we need to establish starting 5 and rotation, we need to get read of players who are concerned about team success only in context of individual numbers and performance.

So far it is very good preseason. Not becuse of the wins but because it shows clearly where we stand and what we need to do to inmprove.

Good luck Mike D'Antoni, 'cause you ain't never seen nothing like this before!
