hope is Isiah's middle name. Its a waste. How about having confidence in the guys you have enough to let one go that you know isnt a part of your future, and is only going to be a distraction. Dont you think Jalen knows his status?
We are going to have to pay him anyway, so as long as he is not a distraction, why not keep him in case someone goes down (which is bound to happen) or someone makes us a good trade offer (which is probably less likely). We tell Jalen, if we cannot trade you, we will cut you in February and let you join another team in the West (like Chicago did to TT, which is supposedly improper under league rules but Chicago got away with it anyway).
