Does anyone know if the NBA package on dish is televising the pre-season games? I moved down here to georgia last yr, and in order to wacth the Knicks, I had to order the package. Last yr, they aired all the pre-season games. But this yr, i'm seeing any games on the menu.

just called Dish, and they are saying the season don't begin until Oct 31. Does anyone with the package know whats going on with pre-season games this yr?

You need a provider that carries NBATV, particularly a digital cable provider.

I get NBATV without the package. Like I said, last yr, they aired all the Knicks pre season games. This yr, it doesn't look like it.

I get the NBA league pass and yesterday 10/11 i got 3-4 games. I should be getting tomorrows knicks game. If you order now you save $20 on the season.

Pre-season games are being broadcast on NBA League Pass.

so if you don't have league pass but have directv sports package with msg tv you still will get blacked out of preseason games?

i just called my cable provider, she says games dont start until the 31st. which means so preseason. :(

if you have dtv package, it depends on what market you are in. if you are in ny market, then no it will not be blacked out, but if you are in another market then yes.
my cable provider gave msg last year but all knicks games were blacked out (phila market)
