I was just looking at the national tv schedule and the Knicks are not slated to appear on ESPN, TNT or ABC the entire year; which is pretty shocking.

Its a pretty good indicator of how far the franchise has fallen; I know we are terrible but thats a little ubsurd

That's strange and somewhat sad.

National TV schedules do have a tendency to change though. If we are any good we'll have a game moved to National TV.

1. LB had more to do with that than IT.
2. Ya think, perhaps, we can hold off on the negativity for like 30 friggin' seconds???

That's BS. If the networks thought the Knicks were going to be good this year, they would be on the schedule. That has nothing to do with LB and everything to do with their faith, or lack thereof, of Isiah and this collection of underachievers.

Thats a real disappointment. To ban the countrys biggest tv viewing market for a whole seson is a real low point
I LOVED how Curry just exploded in the 4th, speaking as a fan of the Raptors, Curry looked well, scary I think is the word. Or Shaq-like Curry: 19.1ppg-7.3rpg-58%fg

Actually the countries biggest tv viewing market will still be able to watch it on MSG. This is saving a national television audience from having to watch the same crap that we've been forced to watch for years.

Guys we were blown out of half of our games by half-time last year. Some by the end of the first quarter. No one outside of NY wants to see that. You don't get rewarded until you do things that deserve rewarding. Until we start winning games and stop whining and crying we won't be on tv. Simple solution. Win games.

Knicks are not only bad, they are uninteresting. People will tune in to watch a bad team to check out Morrison, Roy, Gay or Foye. Nobody cares about a 20 win team with a bunch jerks making $20 per. They just dont

Think non-Knick fans are tuning in to see Channing Frye?

I don't know if anyone has been keeping score or not but there are winning teams that deserve to be on National TV

Larry Brown managed to get the Knicks off National TV. Think the TV execs were happy when they put the Knicks on to see Marbury play his game or Crawford or slamdunk champion Nate Robinson or Curry and tuned in and saw Matt Barnes and Malik Rose and Antonio Davis bouncing the ball off each other's faces?

Larry Brown was almost entirely the reason we actually had any games on national TV last year. 1) All the hype he created 2) The drama with the pistons. You think without him everyone would be clamoring to see a 33 win team on national TV?

Oh well...maybe we will play much better ball this year and hopefully they'll schedule for some national games. I agree with most, who wants to see the brand of ball the Knicks played last year. No one but us sucker die hard Knicks fan.
NY KNICKS 4 EVER! Will we ever find players like Anthony Mason, Xavier McDaniels, Patrick Ewing again? I hope so.
