Center Michael Sweetney has felt the effects of the first few two-a-day practices. Sweetney, who appears heavier than the 270 pounds listed on the preseason roster, was dehydrated to the point of needing intravenous fluids Wednesday night and did not practice Thursday.

As Mike Breen told me and DJ, Sweets is one of those guys who is always gonna struggle with his weight and condiitoning. Mind you, Breen said this while Sweets was still a knick.

Cool. Why do we have to pay fat guys to be out of shape? Its not like they are hidden ailments!!! They are the most obvious physical problem to spot!!!

Is JJ1 officially Jerome James and Jared Jeffereies officially JJ2? Makes sense giving their order of arrival, but not necessarily based on their importance.

The Q1/Q2 from last year fit pretty well on both.
