I read an article that Shaq and a lot of his Heat teammates are bashing on the new ball. They are predicting a decline in shooting percentages league-wide and an increase in turnovers. I have no idea what to make of it. So far Shaq and Wade are the only two people I've heard that commented on it. It seems kinda silly, but whatever. On a happy note, should the Knicks continue their poor shooting and ball handling from last year, they'll be able to blame the new ball in lieu of Larry Brown.

But if you cut the new ball open and Steph's head they're the same inside.
Okay, that was bad...

Has anyone gotten their hands on the new NBA ball yet? I'm dying to test it out. From the looks of it, I would predict a lot of palming violations and for shooters to have to the new feel.
I for one like to have the ball spin in my hand when I dribble and shoot. Like I said I can't wait to try it out.
