Trade 1 NY trades Kurt Thomas Charlie Ward a 2005 #1 protected to 5 and both 2003 2nd round picks

to Golden state

for Troy Murphy Mike Dunleavy and Danny Fortson


Trade 2 is a three way Ny trades it's trade exemption to Miami for Miami's number1 pick in 2003. Miami takes the exemption and uses it along with a 2004 2nd round pick to the Clippers for Lamar odom. giving them 4.5 mm dollars worth of cap space to use when they eventually have to resign the rest of their guys.

They aren't going to include Arenas??? Maybe they will take Eisley too. This is a one sided trade.
