I think it is possible that if Jerome took thing seriously starting @ 15-16 years old, started lifting weights, eating moderately and playing ball every day, he could've been a much higher level player.

If he took things seriously now, he could still be a good starter. Look at his gigantic, strong build and long arms. Just don't hold you're breath waiting for him to be a serious player!

its to late he doesnt have the kind of body at this age that will respond like it couldve had it been traine dproperly since a young age. to much weight on his body he's slower he doesnt have good muscle memory he's got soem moves down but it doesnt surpass his lack of basketball IQ he has little heart listen he got his 30mm maybe he play 15-20 minutes 10 games a year well.

Yeah, Jerome has pretty much been the same guy his entire NBA career. He's not just gonna be able to blossom out of the blue at this point. Maybe he can get back to being a 15 MPG player (I doubt on this team.) but Briggs is pretty much right. The work ethic in these players is developed at a young age. It can be improved upon obviously, but for someone like Jerome, he's hopeless.

Isiah has nobody but himself to blame for this one though.

Killa, I can't believe I actually agree with you.

I took off work to catch this, and I don't think I'll ever regret it(even though my father and brother thought I was nuts). And I caought myself tearing up more than once.

My favorite Ewing picture ever.

This is SO true...

On a side note, I have every Patrick Ewing basketball card made from 1986 to about 1995 or 1996, a few from different countries.
