As much as I love Spree. He will not see one game on the floor with the Knicks unless he is playing against them. Layden wants him gone in the worst way. This is why your hearing more and more rumors. Also Sprewell felt he could have returned to the court sooner but the Knicks have been holding him back. "For his safety" No to make a trade. Spree will not play one game as a Knick. If he does it will be to prove that his hand is ok. No more then five games.

I heard Dolan hates him, not Layden. Dolan is the one who wants him out. It was leaked that Layden didnt want to continue fining Spree but Dolan put his foot down.

Doubtful, eventhough I think the Knicks do want to trade him surely they'll let him play a few games to revitalize his value abit. I'd be amazed if Letrell was still a knick by the deadline but surely he'll suit up for a few games.
