BBall became a game for people with 6'2" and higher?
This is not fair!!!
Why not have a profession league with height limited to 6'0"?
Give BBALL back to regular people!!!

the toughest part is... if you are around 6 feet which is concidered tall ( like me im 6'1) then you have to be LIGHTNING QUICK... most people that are over 6 feet are not that fast lol

An under 6 foot professional league would be sweet! We regular people could shine!

At this height, I feel like a dwarf among midgets!
Tossing midgets, not salads

POLITICAL CORRECTNESS, SCHMOLITICAL SCHMORECTNESS. Midgets are midgets, they are meant to be thrown. 'Nuff said, beeatch.

In a move that was originally dubbed "retarded," the University of Wealthy Ontarians have unveiled a new varsity athletic team: the midget-tossers.

"We felt that we weren't reaching the minimum required quota of midgets-tossed among Canadian universities," said Horatio P. Knobgobbler, assistant to the vice-provost's assistant of financial assistance on assisting the unassistable. "All of the other Canadian universities toss an average of two midgets per student, per annum – wait, what's 'annum' mean?"

The team will compete in two categories based on the weight of the midgets: tiny little bastards and fatty-bo-batties. As for the people who will be throwing the midgets, the team will be comprised of both men and women, becoming the first varsity athletic team to combine the sexes.

"I'm very excited to compete alongside the men," said Sandra Ballzack, captain of the midget-tossing team. "Maybe I can finally get the opportunity to kick one of them in the balls."

"It's about ****ing time we started tossin' 'em midgets," said some wanker. "All them other universities are doin' it, so why the **** can't we?"

We can.

Many thought the idea of midget- tossing was unethical and violated numerous human rights issues, but the university is not concerned with all that crap. "We're not concerned with all that crap," Knobgobbler said.

But, what about the midgets who are being tossed? For if you toss a midget, doth he not scream?

"It really doesn't hurt that much," said fatty-bo-batty midget Gary Mansteak. "By 'doesn't' I mean 'does', and by 'much', I mean 'a lot'," he clarified.

As for why the university started up a new varsity sports team, Knobgobbler provided some insightful insight. "Midget-tossing: It's unbe-****ing-lievable!"

The midget-tossing team's season opener is some time next week, but who the **** cares.

That's like saying your wife should be on stage because she sings good in the shower. The Last two MVPs went to 6-2 Steve Nash who doesn't appear like he can dunk it. Yes it's easier to have God-given size but there are guys like sherman douglas[5-11 maybe couldnt jump] john stockton heck scott brooks if they can do it, others can to. If you have it you have it.

I don't think basketball would be as fun a sport if there were these divisions. I'd think the reason why boxing is split is because a smaller guy has a bigger risk of getting seriously injured at the hands of a large boxer. That's not much of a concern is basketball.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

I am sure that Nash and Douglas were much better athletes than they are usually given credit for. By the way, I have seen Sherman Douglas dunk.

They did this already. It was called the WBL and it was 6'4" and under. Michael Adams 5'10" played in the WBL. It folded some time ago I believe.
