Denver Post - Just five of Denver's 14 players under contract are guards, so they are expected to fill the final roster spot with a shooting guard, ideally one with 3-point range.

Re-signing DerMarr Johnson remains a possibility.

Giving up as little as they would be, and they are in a win now mode and Q in their type of offense will be better and exactly what they need. It's not far fetched. They were interested in Francis. They can get Q for half the price.

Miller
Richardson
Anthony
Martin
Camby

I guess. I just think Q's performance last season was enough to make anyone puke. But maybe they'd think his back will get healthy and he'll be able to shoot again.

Q is tradeable. He has a good attitude, and he still got skills. That is valuable on some teams.

He makes a ton of money and has a bad back. I really don't see many teams wanting this guy.
fishmike 9/27/2024 11:00 PM Ug I hate this. The idea of Towns is great until you see what a pussy he is. Jules is a dog. DD was a flamethrower locked up cheap for 3 more years. First Leon move I hate

L.J. had a bad back, but we still got a couple good years from him.

Let's not go overboard on this. As of now, Q's worst season is comparable to Smith's best season. (Smith 10.3 points, 2 rebounds, compared to Q who had 8.2 points, 4.2 boards and shot better in 3 pt% and about equal in FT%, while Smith beat him out in FG%). Smith has potential, but to say he is better than Q right now, especially after the regression he showed this year-which can be written off partially on Scott, but still, Smith couldn't do something to get on the floor?-where as Q has had one bad season after a few solid seasons. We all know Q is not as bad as he showed last year.

Lj never gave the knicks the type of season q-rich had, ever. Lj was hated and even grilled by me but lj deserves more respect than that.

Q-rich is the knicks headache. Only way Denver takes him is if the knicks take back someone just as bad or worse.

You know before LJ got his back problems, he was one of the best players in the leage. Before Qrich got his, he was an average SG. So the regression is far worse.
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

LJ in Charlotte was a monster! The man could run and had incredible lift. He was similar to Barkley without the quickness. Was stronger though.

Try explosive. He was awesome at unlv too.

Lj had the slickest post-up dribble. I try to mimic it when I play. he kinda slides side to side. He knew exactly where the rim was.

When he was a knick everything was angles and fakes. In Charlotte he had that but he also had power and just explosion. He was just sick. He was the best power fwd I had ever seen next to Kemp. Sad that both wasn't lucky or as squeaky clean as a Karl Malone or Barkley.

Still I think Denver should holla at Miami. They say they need a point guard and are dangling Derek Anderson. Match made in heaven.

Definately! LJ was a short Kevin McHale with his moves. He was just abusing people in the post back in the day.
