"It makes things so much easier," Robinson said of the offseason conditioning. "I know us young guys are working and staying in shape. I hope the veterans are, too."

Im still skeptical of curry though, that article said he is working to keep his weight down, but thats not really all that encouraging.

Steph has one of the most stringent workouts of any NBA player in the offseason...I think you miss it when he brags that no one puts in the work that he does to be prepared...

Wow, if Greg B was a bball player we'd be NBA champs. Good thing Isiah didn't fire him along with the rest of the original Knicks assistants.

We hear what everyone is saying now and Jerome can be great, but we'll all know what the truth will be when training camp comes in less than a month!

I wouldn't be too concerned about that. Curry is a naturally big dude, he's probably always gonna have a struggle with his weight. I just want him to be in good condition when camp starts, so he can fully participate. It would be great if he lost 10-12 lbs, but at the same time i'm not going to be overly concerned if he hasn't. The knicks at least know where he's at and if they're concerned they can step up his program. At least he's not just working on his own.

It is intersting that things that are common sense for other teams in NBA and for any sport in general are considered something special for the Knicks.
It's like - "he came to the office and consider to work this day - what a great worker!!! This company will now kill all the competitors..."

Its about that time for fluff articles.

If I'm working out everyday just the hell of it, our knicks better do the same. Its their profession.

I guess on that vain its time to hold Mark Aguirre accountable. We we so enamered with having a big man coach that we just assumed the results would come.

My expectations of Frye are getting larger all the time. With a successful rookie year behind him and the work ethic that Isiah drafted him for should kick in soon enough. 15-6 is not out of the question.

Were you joking about the "15-6"? He put up almost that much given inconsistent rookie bench minutes last season.
