That dude is being investigated for choking and sexually assalting a female.

He lays more hands than a preacher.

I'm glad he is gone. I liked him but he just doesnt know where to draw the line.
I LOVED how Curry just exploded in the 4th, speaking as a fan of the Raptors, Curry looked well, scary I think is the word. Or Shaq-like Curry: 19.1ppg-7.3rpg-58%fg

That's just it. You gotta respect the dudes game but he has a crazy temper. I mean he is a good teamate cuz he was relentless and all about winning when it came to basketball.

I guess when you are rich people think they can just do what they want to do. I'm just glad he's rich cuz I wouldn't want to be walking on the same street of a broke latrell spreewell. Especially when he has to feed his kids.

I hated Spree before he was a Knick because of his actions against his coach and prior actions to his teammates. I also hated that Starks and Terry Cummings were traded for him. However, once he got to the Garden I fell in love with his play and became a fan. I also was impressed by the fact that he never seemed like a dumb thug when he was interviewed. However, I lost alot of respect for him when he broke his hand on his boat ( an alleged accident). This incident convinces me that he has serious emotional problems that will eventually result in his being incarcerated.

Ummm...being "investigated" does not automatically make the man guilty. Not saying he did or didn't do it, but are we really in position to pass such judgements without any real information?

I feel you on that one. I live by that.

I always have spree the benifit of the doubt until I saw what he did to dolan when he came back to ny. That was uncalled for. I dunno what was behind that but it was overboard. If he was that mad why didn't he just choke him, lol.

I'm sure he would have if he weren't in front of 19,763 and live tv cameras.

A pimp's game is very religious.

haha....I agree, its amazing that these athletes get so greedy...because of guys like this, I have to pay $7.50 for a 22oz. beer at the Garden. Before anyone says that Houston's contract adds to things like that...Checketts and Grundle-feld gave him that money, he didnt ask for it.

Don't mean to pound on you bro, but Houston's contract was authored by Dolan and Layden...

Dave Checkettes said he was the one who did the h2o contract. Ernie G wasnt even here and layden just hired as an assistant type guy.

I remember it being Checketts too with a large dash of Dolan advising it, but I could be wrong.

"Dolan and GM Scott Layden tried to continue down the same track, but they were derailed by bad decisions and unforeseen developments. Forward Larry Johnson was forced to retire because of injury; Dolan chose to give Allan Houston a maximum-salary contract worth $100.4 million over six years; Layden made an ill-advised trade of Glen Rice for overpriced backups Shandon Anderson and Howard Eisley, and Coach Jeff Van Gundy resigned unexpectedly after 19 games. "

This link says Dolan and Layden were the main guys. Hmmm.

It was defintely Dave C,he said it himself. He was here--the contract was right after we went to the finals and right after layden was hired, but checkettes was still here and he was the main guy. I think it's possible that some reporters blame Layden, but it was DC.

I remember it being Checketts as well Briggs, I wish I could find some article that says so.
