While, I'm not looking to stunt the growth of the front court, what about:
Jerome James (the coach in portland likes him), QRich and Malik rose (character)
for
Darius and Zach Randolph?

I liked QRich and will miss him, but if Jeffries is being penciled in as the starter at the 3 and Crawford my preference for the back up two behind francis, and all indications are francis is staying, this move makes sense for both teams.

With Jerome James moved, there is room for randolph in the rotation.

But I don't really see a place for miles and randolph anymore.

Randolph ain't going nowhere. They are buuilding around him, that's (one of the reasons) why they got rid of Sebastian.
