it would be nice to be able to open up a spot on the roster w/a 2 for 1 type deal & sign Q Woods to the LLE.

Like others in this thread; I feel this is not about getting an offensive type productive player. Improvement for this team is going to come on adding an influx of defensive minded individuals who play a back-up role to complement the abundance of players we have that want to have the ball in their hands (on the offensive end).

Just because a player is able to score; doesn't make him more valuable than a player who seeks to shut down a scorer.

You have to have balance. It doesn't make sense for the Knicks to settle for what they already have and try to out score people. It's just not going to happen that way.

Couldn't have said it better myself. The Knicks Jeffries becuase he DOESN'T need the ball offensively and he plays very good defense. If we don't get Jeffries, I'm gonna be pissed.
