With Denver hot on Bonzis trail and considering how much they would like to get rid of Martin it may make sense to try to offer them Crawford with James since it solves two needs backup center and a scorer at the guard position....

We need to start getting rid of player and Crawford and James are not going to allow us to win.....obvioulsy Kenyone doesn't have the best contract in the world but crawford is going to excercise his player option....and if Francis gets going during the season he may be easier to move down the road......

But we have some defensive players with Q, Jefferies, Martin to an extent, and Balkman off the bench and still maintain some scoring....

I'd pass. I realy like getting rid of Jerome, but throwing away Crawford and a 2nd rounder (which if we have a year like this one, is not a bad pick to have) just to bring in Kenyon doesn't sound too good to me.
I was all for sending Steve to Denver for Kenyon before the Jeffries offer, clearing up some of the back court glut, but now if we get Jeffries upfront, I'm not sure I'd even do that.

Nah I'd pass too. Jj is still a good player to have as long as he is not going to be out in a Patrick ewing role! Jj just needs to bring the pain. When he does that he is the man.

Knicks have to hold onto craw. The back court glut is caused mostly by having q-rich. I would rather have this glut that way they can come into training camp and compete. The strong will survive.

Technically two teams have simply given away mags. New Orleans have him up for Desmond mason in a time where a starting center is like gold.

The knicks need training camp to start. These big trades are nice to chat about buy isiah really needs to try and hold off unless something blows him away. Sign qoods and then go into camp and force guys to play for their knick lives. After training camp and a few weeks into the season make the big move. I'd say around Christmas.

On paper the knicks can't really get any better except at the 3. Its about seeing what you have on the court then make the changes.

i'd rather hold onto Crawford... he's 1 of the few bright spots from last season for me.

if DEN would do Malik & JJ for KMart, i'm all over that.
