Welcome to the Ultimate Knicks Haters Club (UKHC).

All of the changes the Knicks have undergone has brought more interest in the bad moves than the good moves and we are happy about it....the more haters the better. We wanted to take this time to welcome you and remind everyone of some of the guidelines and helpful hints for membership to this club.

While healthy debate and discussion is fine, rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts are encouraged.

If it's severe enough you will gain islesfan status.

Each member is allowed one issue to harp on. If you would like to exchange your dead horse with another one for beating purposes, you should choose from the following:

• Jerome James signing - It's not the amount, it's the length!
  
• Eddy Curry - He's washed up at 23 and we over paid!
  
• Renaldo Balkman - It's not the player, it's the position!
  

Also, it's best to not bring up any players on the team 26 or younger, as they indicate the positives of the last 2.5 years of the horrible horrible Isiah Thomas Era. If you do have to bring them up, or forget to mention Jerome James, here is our hatin' response you should use:

• Channing Frye (should have taken bynum, defense is lacking)


• David Lee (defense lacking)


• Nate Robinson (defense lacking)


• Jamal Crawford (defense lacking)


• Q. Richardson (he was brought here for OFFENSE!)

You should always remember to qualiify your hating as often as possible with a post to the effect of:

• "I just want to say that i love the knicks ..."


• "You are not reading my posts, re-read my posts, ..."


• "I'm not rooting for the knicks to lose, but ..."

We have an agreement with the moderators, if you bring up Larry Brown's Resume or make some reference to there being no "plan", this is the sign that you are in trouble and they should rush to your aid.

They also respond to the terms "Long time suffering fan"

If all else fails, just come clean and say you hate marbury and isiah.

Hating on the Knicks right now is like hating on a girl that just gave you the crabs. Its like hating on your brother whom you just caught spanking his monkey to the home video you and the Mrs made on your honeymoon. Its like hating on your neighbor who keeps flicking his dog's crap over the fence into your yard.

Hating on 20 win teams just comes with the territory. Keep telling yourself the crabs dont itch that bad, after all... he is your brother and neighbor does pick up your mail for you now and then.

This is the most thought he's put into any post since he's joined. Now THATS funny :)
