I take the good with the bad. I'm able to see the big picture and am not mired in the little things.
I think the key is looking at the upside of the franchise and not just bynum.

The things the knicks did wrong in my eyes are completely different than you guys.
For me, hiring LB was the worst thing they did the entire zeke era.
I feel that Isiah Thomas should have been the coach from day one.
So, moving isiah to the bench is part of my original plans for the team. Now that that has happened, I'm glad we have the current roster in place because Isiah's offensive (and defensive) schemes fit this collection of talent much more than an eric snow or theo ratliff.
Had he coach originally, we would have really used tim thomas and he never would have needed to be traded, but I also love curry and think he is a humungous upgrade over sweetney, and qrich and tim thomas are basically twins.
Rome wasn't built in a day and luckily LB could be fired in one.
We are still within 3 years and I'm EXTREMELY happy with the team.
The mets put a new regime in place and last year was a disaster, but look at them this year.
To sit hear and bitch and bitch and bitch about not getting an extra pick in the mot trade, and then turn around and suddenly realize he's expiring this year is kind of what these boards are all about.
I just rise above it and think about a world before message boards where you can have internet muscles and if you are in high school act like you are a man and if you just started rooting for the knicks act like you always did.
it's more about real life and in real life, the franchise SUCKED and had a rotation of 6 pfs and an aging pg.
I don't like the way utah plays the game of basketball and it's not what I want my knicks built like.
i want combo guards and a flowing offense and I want a help zone like box and 1 defense.
I have that...i'm not mired in how we got here, I'm happy we are here and at the same time amazed at how fast isiah was able to get here.
but that's just me...why are you such a cry baby?
all kool aid all the time.
