no, because even Atlanta's GM would laugh in Isiah's face unless he included Frye or Lee in the deal. I don't mean to be harsh, but why would any team trade for 1 year of MoT? ALT is UNDER the cap already.

fiscally repsonsible - the a kind phrase for ALT - teams don't sign an aging SF who can handle the ball for $13M for 1 year. They go out and find a flawed vet who can act as PG for $1M.

maybe try the trade on the tradechecker (hint hint)

The old I would love to come to NY trick I see. His guy is just trying to use our media to get his pay day.

Harrington would be the perfect single upgrade for new york this summer. Crawford, Nate, and Butler (S&T) for Harrington. It clears our guard glut and gives them players they could use. Crawford is the type of combo guard they need, butler gives them a good backup center, and nate is an energy guy off the bench they may or may not have use for. Of course i wouldn't mind sending them francis straight up, but i still would like to try the Marbury/Francis backcourt and i think this is a fair trade for both teams.

PF Frye/Lee/Rose/Taylor
SF Harrington/Balkman/Rose
SG Francis/Richardson
PG Marbury/Collins

I only want harrington if we trade francis or marbury. right now the knicks need someone who will be a role player at the 3, that is ready to defend and occasionally hit the open 3, but not someone who has to dominate the ball to score like our backcourt. I would prefer a player like mike miller as a target to play the 3 for us as opposed to harrington, as the team is currently constructed.

if we could get rid of Marbury, Francis, Q Rich, Malik or Big Turd in any deal for Harrington, i'm all for it... i don't think we should give up expirings to take on his contract tho.

Did Isiah say he'd start Jalen at SF? I'd rather see Q Woods start at SF if he's still on the team (which he should be) and David Lee get some min at SF.
