now that the bulls got ben wallace..knicks will get 30th pick and bulls will have knicks loterry pick again in a much stronger draft than this year..20 yrs ago knicks traded 1st round pick for shot blocing center who lasted 1yr with knicks..pick turned out to be horace grant...same year knicks had another draft choice but scotty sterling traded to sonics for don henderson a former celtic guard wholasted less than 2 yrs in league after ny got him..that pick was 5th choice which turned into scotty pippen ..seatle traded pippen to bulls for polynice on draft day..dont you think pippen and grant would've helped knicks with ewing win a couple of titles..maybe even more than if bernard king never injured his knee... a healthy king with ewing definitely wouldve won titles that isaiah one with detroit..oh by the way king got hurt on a pass upcourt from jim cleamons..a former bull...that's what i think of knicks incompetence it's BULL

the start of this season is kinda do or die for the Curry trade. If he comes to camp in shape and supremely agressive, it may turn out OK. Anything less and it's a complete flop.

people need to start looking at draft picks as being more valuable than just a throw in to a trade

marv..thanx for correcting me on gerald's name..what was the name of that 7 foot center we got from bulls for 10th selection in 87 draft..i think his name started with O ..how come every guy who's been a gm with the knicks takes stupid pills b4 they come here..the best gm who made more good moves than bad was grunfeld..in '99 he should not have been fired..he definitely would not have picked fredrick wess in that june's draft..would've taken artest..checketts was a good executive but allowing tapscott to make that pick ruined any good he did

Those whose Knick awareness began with the Ewing era fail to remember the 76-91 knicks.

Knicks are about 60 years old, and 20 of them have been really good. We are a storied franchise, but the story is not always consistant.

when isiah made that curry trade..why did 'nt he make the pick's loterry or first 4 picks protected like all good gm's do...he says the bulls wouldn't have made the deal otherwise..that's bull..then you walk away from the trade.it's called negotiating..paxson would,ve called isaiah back..he had to trade curry and there were no other takers

LOL, welcome to the board. The Knicks are lost under Isiah and Dolan, it's sad yet some people don't realize it because they've never seen a team built the right way.

They have lost for much longer then the Isiah era, I mean trips to the finals are still consider 2nd best.

Well' then the Knicks are just going to have to win as many games as possible, to keep those theifs from stealing anymore tops from us, aren't they? I can't wait for that crap to be over with! Never again!
