OK to make things short... Gomes is signed and traded for $5 mil, Stojakovik is signed and traded for $13 mil (years?)

So final outlook...

BOSTON
A Iverson
Quentin Richardson
Croshere

PHILLY
A.Jefferson
G.Green
R.Gomes
Ratliff
Tinsley
Mo Taylor

INDIANA
Wally Szcerbiak
S.Francis
S.Hunter
D.West

NEW YORK
Dalembert
Stojakovik
K.Ollie
Foster

I think this helps everyone.

I think 17 player trades are just alittle bit excessiveto talk about, even if it is just a fans suggestion on a message board.

That being said...... I think indy wants to cut payroll not increase it. Peja isn't even on their books right now and hoopshype has them at 62 million. Can't see them taking one 15 million francis and 12 million for what works out to be 6 million tinsley and 9 million Austin.

and Im not sure if Angie wants to trade all his youngs players in one deal.

and Im don't think the knicks can make any four for two trades right now with a 14 man roster. Plus I don't like Dally or Peja at all.

Looks to me like Philly gets hosed in this scenario.

I thought thats the deal they had in the works for the Boston/Philly trade anyways. They were looking for a third team to take Wally.

Philly gets back talented cheap young players, an expiring contract in Mo Taylor and a very decent PG in Tinsley. Tinsley is very tradeable in the future also.

If they let all their contracts expire at the end of 2007 they will still be at $45 mil and will have still have to pick up a big man and a replacement for Stojakovic. Wally's contract is done in 2008, they get rid of Tinsley who expires all the way in 2011 and Francis will be easier to trade at the end of 2008 when he will only have 1 more year left.

I think Indy would have one of the best starting lineups in the NBA.

As for NY, we could buy out 2 of the following: J.Rose, M.Rose or K.Ollie, drop Udoka and we would have 15.

This way with Francis and Quentin out we can have Marbs, Craw and Collins rotating the 1,2. And Stojakovic backed up by Balkman. And Curry, Frye and Dalembert. Opening up playing time for Collins, Balkman and Dalembert would provide a lot of needed defense.
